About ZeroHouse

Architecture, building physics and engineering coordination.

A home as a coordinated system

ZeroHouse connects architectural design with envelope and building-services review. Studio handles client enquiries; Lab publishes concepts and assumptions; Knowledge explains methods; Network helps identify specialist companies.

Coordination rather than a product collection

House-design decisions interact. More glazing changes solar gains, insulation depth changes window position, and ventilation routes affect ceiling space. The ZeroHouse approach makes these dependencies visible in discussions and documentation. A particular material brand cannot demonstrate that the complete building system will work; interfaces and operating assumptions need attention of their own.

What supports a conclusion

An explanation should identify inputs, method and limits. For a model, that means assumptions and comparison conditions; for a measurement, the instrument, conditions and date; for a case, supporting material and permission to publish. An attractive image cannot replace missing evidence. Concept studies, editorial explanations and confirmed results are therefore described according to what they actually establish.

Use the material for its intended purpose

Knowledge helps readers prepare questions for designers and understand technical parameters. Calculators show simplified scenarios that can be saved for discussion. Studio pages describe work to be agreed, rather than an automatic package attached to every enquiry. A conclusion about an individual building requires information about that building; a general article cannot provide it simply because the topic is relevant.

Questions and corrections remain visible

Do not assume authorship, review, certification or partner experience where it has not been established. Editorial pages offer a correction route linked to the material. A useful report identifies the particular statement and a source for the proposed correction. For a new project, begin with your objective; for an editorial correction, begin with a verifiable difference between the published statement and its source. This gives the next discussion a concrete basis.

A specialist project within PNVTEAM GROUP

ZeroHouse is part of PNVTEAM GROUP, a shared network of capabilities for delivering and operating property. PNVTEAM GROUP coordinates comprehensive projects, construction, renovation and reconstruction. ZeroHouse develops the energy-efficiency, autonomy and home-technology perspective: the envelope, comfort, energy balance and system behaviour under different operating conditions.

Choosing the relevant discipline

StroyAudit focuses on construction audits, technical analysis and practical research. AVGZ is the group’s IT participant and technology operator, covering software, digital infrastructure, metering and automation. A house’s energy reserve is a ZeroHouse question; collecting meter readings, billing or building a user portal belongs to AVGZ’s digital scope.

PNV.KIEV specialises in private houses and construction methods; Stroy-Brigada covers defined packages of construction and renovation work; MultiStyle handles architecture, spatial planning, interiors and design. These distinct roles help identify responsibility for each part of a brief. ZeroHouse examines how form, construction and building services affect energy use and comfort, with the scope of any project agreed separately.

Group delivery and a documented contribution

Greenbor is an original residential project delivered by PNVTEAM GROUP. It illustrates the group’s comprehensive delivery capability. Specific energy systems, measurements or a ZeroHouse contribution can enter our own portfolio only when that particular work is documented.
