Technical inspections and building audits.
Give an investigation a defined question
The StroyAudit profile relates to technical investigations and building audit. A client should identify the question: the cause of a defect, actual condition, consistency with documents or implications of proposed changes. These can require different methods and participants. A directory entry is neither an opinion on your property nor evidence of a joint ZeroHouse case.
Prepare context for the discussion
Provide drawings where available, alterations, defect photographs and a timeline of their appearance. Identify accessible elements and those concealed by finishes. Findings depend on access and methods: remote photographs are not equivalent to an instrumented investigation. The proposal should make planned observations and measurements explicit, along with any conditions needed before they can be carried out.
Read the limits of a report
Evaluate a report by its subject, limitations and the basis for recommendations, rather than its page count. A conclusion about an inspected area should not automatically extend to every concealed structure. Confirm current services and contacts on StroyAudit's official website. If the Network record is inaccurate, send the link and a specific correction. A higher status requires separate supporting evidence; this explanatory text does not establish verified performance or endorse every service offered by the company.
Access limitations
Before agreeing an investigation, establish what can be inspected without opening finishes and whether preparation is needed. Access limits belong in the report scope and should not be read as confirmation of concealed elements.
Complementary disciplines within the group
StroyAudit and ZeroHouse are specialist projects within PNVTEAM GROUP. StroyAudit develops construction audits, technical analysis and research material; ZeroHouse focuses on household energy systems and autonomy. Investigating a defect, damage or workmanship requires its own brief. Group affiliation does not confer licences, expert authority or Verified status in Network.
