A directory with defined limits

Network helps readers find a company by discipline and understand what has actually been established about it. It is not a ranking of the entire market or a universal recommended-contractor list. Read each profile together with its status, assessment scope and verification date. Absence is not a negative judgement, while inclusion cannot replace checking an offer for your particular building.

Statuses require different evidence

Listed means inclusion in the directory. Verified concerns a defined set of checked information. Project Experience requires evidence of a particular working relationship, while Recommended requires a separately justified recommendation. These labels are not synonyms or an automatic progression. A status concerning one service should not be extended to every activity advertised by the company.

Assess the fit to your task

Start with the function required: design, supply, installation, commissioning or investigation. Request the work scope, responsibility boundaries, document deliverables and acceptance arrangements. Compare the offer with your drawings and available inputs. Examples from other buildings are useful when the participant's actual role and the supported results are clear, rather than inferred from an attractive project photograph.

Keep the record accountable

Information can change, so profiles carry history and review needs. Disclosure of commercial relationships helps explain publication context but cannot replace technical evidence. Use the cooperation form to propose an entry or correction, with public sources or documents that may legitimately be shared. Do not submit another party's private case without permission. The aim is a traceable profile that readers can interpret, not a broad assurance beyond the information available.

Group membership and the Network directory

ZeroHouse is a specialist project within PNVTEAM GROUP; our About page explains the participants’ roles. Network serves a separate purpose: finding relevant companies and specialists for a particular brief. A directory entry does not by itself establish group membership. Equally, belonging to the group does not replace evidence of completed work or a technical verification process.
