What information is needed to respond.
Form data is used to respond and coordinate your enquiry. It is stored in the website system and sent to the responsible team through Telegram. Do not include passwords, payment credentials or sensitive documents. Contact [email protected] to clarify or request removal of an enquiry.
Tool results are available through a random link for 30 days, with no contact details in the result. PDF requests require email and consent; download happens here without an automatic email. PDF contacts and attached files are retained for up to 90 days; unattached files for up to 24 hours. Files are private to the operator; do not send unnecessary personal data. These periods apply to active Phase 3 storage; backups may have a separate retention cycle.
Site analytics counts fixed event names and public pages, without names, email addresses, phone numbers, search or enquiry text, or filenames. Journey stages are temporarily stored in your browser tab; no visitor identifier is sent to the server. There are no external analytics services; Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are respected. Documents approved as evidence for published cases or partner statuses are retained while those records remain published.
A drawing can contain more personal information than a technical question requires: signatures, addresses, phone numbers and administrative details. Prepare a copy of the relevant sheets and remove unnecessary information where doing so does not alter the question. Document source and revision help the review; additional identity information does not make the technical assessment more precise.
A calculator result and a submitted enquiry serve different purposes. A result link provides access to the calculation scenario during its lifetime, so avoid sharing it publicly without a reason. Contact details supplied for PDF access are not inserted into the result or PDF itself. To ask about processing of a particular enquiry, identify its context and date without resending the entire private document set.
