What information is needed to respond.
Form data is used to respond and coordinate your enquiry. It is stored in the website system and sent to the responsible team through Telegram. Do not include passwords, payment credentials or sensitive documents. Contact [email protected] to clarify or request removal of an enquiry.
Tool results are available through a random link for 30 days, with no contact details in the result. PDF requests require email and consent; download happens here without an automatic email. PDF contacts and attached files are retained for up to 90 days; unattached files for up to 24 hours. Files are private to the operator; do not send unnecessary personal data. These periods apply to active Phase 3 storage; backups may have a separate retention cycle.
Site analytics counts fixed event names and public pages, without names, email addresses, phone numbers, search or enquiry text, or filenames. Journey stages are temporarily stored in your browser tab; no visitor identifier is sent to the server. There are no external analytics services; Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are respected. Documents approved as evidence for published cases or partner statuses are retained while those records remain published.
