Areas: new builds, retrofit, design review, autonomy and Lab concepts. Each entry will state the brief, our role, stage, inputs and verified result. Concepts are distinguished from completed buildings.

Submit project evidenceAssessing a project requires more than floor area and appearance. The original brief, constraints and reasons for selecting assemblies matter. Siting, enclosure and services should be explained as connected decisions. If an option changed during construction, publication must distinguish the designed arrangement from what was installed rather than combine drawings from different stages.
A concept describes an idea; a completed design documents decisions; a built project needs confirmation of execution. Measured performance requires the method, conditions, date and observation limits. Certification needs a specific document with a defined scope. One winter bill or a façade photograph cannot establish every claim about energy use, comfort or workmanship. Readers should be able to see which conclusions the available evidence actually supports.
A future case needs an agreed description, usable illustrations and permission to disclose information. Personal data, exact addresses and internal documents should not enter a publication merely because they appear in a working archive. Unconfirmed drafts remain hidden. If proposing a building for review, use the form to describe the evidence available and what may be published. That allows a case to develop from documented facts while protecting information that belongs only in the project workflow.
The Greenbor residential development was created and delivered by PNVTEAM GROUP. It represents integrated delivery at group level.
