Use this form for a site question, new design, drawing review, retrofit or autonomy enquiry. State the stage and principal question first. Comparing wall options needs layer information; assessing reserve supply needs loads and operating duration. A concrete description is more useful than a request for a universally “best system”, because the appropriate answer depends on the building and its intended use.
Prepare a focused document set
Include location at the precision relevant to the question, dimensions or area, known assemblies and decisions already made. Identify the current drawing revision and the sheet containing the issue. Explain what each photograph shows. Remove identity documents, banking material and other people's contact details that are unnecessary for the review. There is no need to send an entire construction archive without selecting relevant material.
Understand the attachment workflow
Supported enquiry types accept PDF and JPG, PNG or WEBP images, up to five files of 10 MiB each. Files are stored privately and associated with the enquiry; there is no public viewing link. Format validation is not an antivirus guarantee. If submission reports an error, follow the form's message and do not assume the enquiry was received merely because files were selected. File selection and successful submission are separate steps.
The initial exchange defines the work
An enquiry helps clarify the brief, available information and appropriate scope. It does not automatically create a contract, technical opinion or promised response time. For an editorial correction, follow the link from the article so its address accompanies the report. The data-processing policy explains retention and purpose; consent is required to submit the form. Keep the message focused on information needed for the stated question.
