PHPP, PER and certification
PHPP supports energy-balance planning. Classic, Plus and Premium differ through renewable primary energy (PER) and generation criteria. EnerPHit addresses retrofit; PHI Low Energy Building is a separate standard. Certification is independent verification, not a project label.
Ukrainian requirements
