37-point project checklist

Mark prepared items. The result is not a technical assessment.

Prepare for a project conversation

These 37 questions cover the site, occupants, envelope, services, reserve systems and acceptance. The list helps retain dependencies between topics: ground information affects foundations, while pump selection affects backup power. Use it before an initial enquiry or repeat it when a new drawing set becomes available. Repetition is meaningful when it compares identifiable revisions of your preparation.

Give every tick a reference

Select an item when you can identify a document, measurement or agreed decision that answers it. An intention to address it later is not prepared information. An acceptance plan should identify a stage and responsible person; filter access should be physically possible in the equipment layout. Ticking does not validate the underlying answer, so uncertain items deserve separate questions even when some documentation exists.

Read the count without a compliance claim

The tool displays the number of selected answers out of 37. It does not weight risks, analyse uploaded drawings or assign an energy class. A low count indicates many open topics; a high count records claimed preparation that still needs substantiation. Missing a critical protection or structural item cannot be compensated for by ticking many unrelated questions. The total is a navigation aid, not a pass mark.

Save an actionable record

A saved scenario remains accessible through its separate link for 30 days. PDF access requires email and consent; the document downloads here rather than being automatically emailed. Give the team open questions and relevant sheets, not only the total. If the drawing content needs assessment, use the audit enquiry and identify the available document set. The checklist remains a way to organise inputs and keep responsibilities visible before a professional review.
