Ground and structure

Show how floor insulation meets the wall and plinth. A massive element between layers can create a heat path absent from a clear-floor calculation.
Water and drainage
Surface runoff, groundwater and capillary control are separate issues. Do not specify drainage without establishing discharge and maintenance arrangements.
Service entries
Coordinate penetrations with structure and sealing before construction. Late drilling can damage the structure or control layers.

A generic detail without levels and ground adaptation conceals risk. Inspect plinth insulation, waterproofing and actual levels before backfilling.
