Listed, Verified, Project Experience and Recommended are not interchangeable. Current ZeroHouse profiles establish only Listed status.
Listed
Means the company appears in the directory with a published role description. The owner approved PNV and StroyAudit inclusion; this is not certification or verification of every completed job.
Verified: not assigned
This label would require an explicit list of checked information, a date and scope. The site does not claim that current Listed profiles have completed such a process.
Project Experience: a case is required
Joint-project experience needs a specific project, role and publication permission. Reserved spaces for future cases are not evidence of completed work.
Recommended: a separate decision
A recommendation would need rationale for a defined work type and separate approval. Payment, time in the directory or an application cannot create it.
Reading a profile
Rely only on the explicitly assigned status and evidence shown. Explaining other terms here does not launch a certification programme or upgrade any company.
| Item | Parameter | Check / result |
|---|---|---|
| Listed | Published profile | Current |
| Verified + Project Experience | Verification or case | Not assigned |
| Recommended | Separate rationale | Not assigned |
What this means for your project
Do not infer missing endorsements. If you need experience evidence, request specific information before contracting.
